What we can explore
- Triggers and escalation
- Communication during conflict
- Accountability and practical skills
Recognizing what builds up
We can explore the situations, expectations and feelings that tend to precede an angry reaction. Noticing early signs can create more room to choose how to respond.
Practicing a different response
Sessions may focus on interrupting escalation, expressing needs clearly and returning to difficult conversations constructively. The work includes taking responsibility for behavior and considering its effect on others.
Applying the work outside sessions
Real examples from home, work or relationships help make therapy specific. If you need services to meet a court or employer requirement, discuss those requirements with the office before arranging care.
