What we can explore
- Work and family pressures
- Boundaries and priorities
- Everyday coping strategies
Identifying the pressure points
Stress can grow out of responsibilities, uncertainty, conflict or expectations that leave little room for rest. We look at both the circumstances around you and the ways you have learned to respond.
Building a practical response
Sessions may focus on setting priorities, making boundaries, communicating needs and developing routines that fit your life. The aim is to identify changes you can actually use, rather than add another demanding task.
Noticing what you need earlier
Learning to recognize your warning signs can help you respond before you feel completely depleted. You and your therapist can review what helps and revise the plan when circumstances change.
